Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey takes an unconventional approach, crafted from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley before being column distilled and matured exclusively in American red wine casks. This unique maturation imparts vibrant notes of red berries, gentle spice, and subtle sweetness, while the wine casks add a refined tannic edge and a clean, dry finish. Smooth yet distinctive, it's a modern Irish whiskey designed to keep you coming back for another sip.

Introducing the 5th release in Teeling's ever-popular Sommelier Selection! For this release, Teeling has taken their classic Small Batch blend and matured it in red wine barrels from the Portuguese Douro Valley for the first time. The wine from which was pressed from the harvest of vines that were over 25 years old. Expect a beautifully light, fruity-floral whiskey with notes of dark fruits and spices. Bottled at 46%, and non-chill filtered.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
